Keysi Fighting Method (KFM) is a close-quarters self-defense system designed for chaotic, real-world environments. It builds from strong body structure and the Pensador guard, using short-range striking to protect the head and spine, regain initiative, and create a safe exit. What sets Keysi apart is its structure-first approach, tight elbows and forearms, smart head positioning, and tactical movement that changes angles and levels quickly.
This event will be taught as a mixed-system study, drawing from several of the training programs I work with professionally. The material will primarily come from the C-Tac® System, the Keysi Fighting Method, and elements of the Protection Response Tactics (PRT) program. Each of these systems contributes a different layer of understanding to real-world personal protection.
