The Method

Protect, move, adapt, and solve the problem.

Keysi Fighting Method is a Spanish urban self protection method built around instinct, adaptability, protective movement, and personal growth. It was developed for the unpredictable nature of real world conflict, where distance changes quickly, environments matter, and effective action must emerge from a connected method rather than a collection of isolated techniques.

Training Focus

Build functional skill for close range pressure.

01

Protective Structure

Use the arms and body as one connected protective structure while preserving awareness, movement, and the ability to respond.

02

Movement And Angles

Adapt position as distance, pressure, obstacles, and orientation change around you.

03

Striking From Difficult Positions

Generate useful striking power when posture, space, or position prevents an ideal setup.

04

Adaptability Under Pressure

Connect protection, movement, counteroffense, and decision making through progressive partner training.

9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
