Chief Instructor
Alan Baker
Alan provides the Academy’s instructional direction, curriculum design, and instructor development. Drawing on nearly five decades of martial arts, leadership, coaching, and human-performance study, he guides the mission and the educational systems behind the Academy.
Operations Director
Jennifer Wood
Jennifer oversees day-to-day operations, coordinates event schedules, supports student communication, and manages private bookings. Her attention to detail helps ensure that students, instructors, and Academy programs receive consistent support.
Technical Director
Bob Burgee
Bob oversees the website and learning-platform systems that support the Academy’s digital campus. He maintains the technical infrastructure, resolves platform issues, and helps keep online resources dependable and accessible.
