A 4th Degree Black Belt under Master Pedro Sauer and Full Instructor under Erik Paulson in Combat Submission Wrestling, Alan brings decades of experience teaching practical, pressure-tested Jiu-Jitsu for self-defense, personal development, and long-term performance.
This seminar is designed to help students improve structure, timing, pressure, transitions, and overall understanding of how Jiu-Jitsu works under resistance.
