A progressive training experience
Three Days. One Connected Approach.
Spend three days training with Sifu Alan Baker in a lake house setting, exploring practical civilian self defense through the C-TAC approach. Each day builds on the last and connects the material to the larger question of choosing an appropriate response for the situation.
The format includes two focused three hour training blocks each day, with time for instruction, practice, discussion, and community.
The training progression
Build From Foundation to Higher Consequence Problems
Each day has a distinct focus while remaining part of one complete learning progression.
Friday, June 4
Lower Level Force Foundations
The opening day establishes the foundation for the weekend by focusing on the lower end of the force continuum. This material creates context for the more demanding situations addressed on Saturday and Sunday. Full experience students continue Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. with the special Warrior’s Path workshop.
Saturday, June 5
Assault Tactics and an Introduction to Keysi
Saturday moves into assault level situations through C-TAC Assault Tactics, including an introduction to Keysi Fighting Method and how its ideas contribute to a broader civilian protection approach.
Sunday, June 6
Weaponized Grappling
The final day examines the added considerations that weapons bring to close contact training, decision making, and self defense.
Friday Evening Workshop • 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Warrior’s Path: Expansion and Intelligent Physical Culture
After Friday’s C-TAC training, students registered for the Full Three Day Experience continue with a special Warrior’s Path workshop. This focused session explores intelligent physical culture as a practical system for developing the human machine.
Training will connect breath awareness, joint expansion, mobility, structural strength, recovery, and resilient practice. The goal is to understand how the body can move, breathe, recover, adapt, and perform with greater intelligence over time.
