This is a rare chance to train with a professor who blends traditional Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, modern mechanics, and real-world application into a clear, easy-to-understand system.
Over two and a half hours, Professor Baker will dive into the Living Mechanics approach to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu – a method that emphasizes structure, alignment, leverage, and pressure over strength or athleticism. You will work through details that immediately improve your ability to control, escape, and submit from key positions.
