Sifu Alan Will Be Teaching A Situational Awareness / C-Tac Personal Protection Workshop

This class is a hands-on introduction to the C-Tac System, a modern personal protection program built for real-world situations. The goal is to give you practical tools you can actually use, without needing sport rules, perfect conditions, or years of specialty training.
We’ll cover the core C-Tac approach to situational awareness, pre-contact decision-making, and managing the moment before things go physical. From there, we’ll move into high-percentage defensive tactics for close-range encounters, including common street problems such as being caught off guard, trapped in tight spaces, or dealing with chaotic movement.
You’ll learn how C-Tac blends empty-hand skills with everyday carry realities (the fact that weapons may be present, even if you don’t have one), and why context matters: cameras, witnesses, legal standards, and what is socially executable in public. Expect a clear progression of drills that build mechanics, timing, and composure under stress.
This training is for people who want to be capable, confident, and prepared, whether you’re new to self-protection or already have experience and want a more realistic framework.

  • $99 for the first 5 days only, then increases to $159

    General Admission Includes: 3D archery, BJJ, pistol/carbine range time, personal instruction from professionals, live podcast interviews, saltwater fishing, a situational awareness class, a trauma medicine class, Holos readiness & recovery training, an auction fundraiser, lunch and dinner prepared by an executive chef, celebrity guests, and live music.

Family-Friendly We’re adding several new kids’ activities this year, so bring the whole family.

VIP Admission

  • $1,000 for the first 10 VIP tickets, then increases to $1,500

    VIP Includes: Access to VIP Day (Feb 26), a machine gun shoot with retired operators, an additional range day with industry leaders (including Sons of Liberty Gun Works, Genesis Arms, and Taran Tactical Innovations), VIP seating, a swag bag, free alcohol, and a VIP raffle ticket with upgraded raffle items available only to VIP members.

This annual event raises funds to enable Core Medical Foundation‘s mission to end Veteran, Law Enforcement Officer, and First Responder suicides.

We offer a variety of family-oriented events for all ages and for both veteran and civilians alike. There will be exciting activities such as 3D archery, BJJ, pistol/carbine, machinegun & unique firearm ranges (including a night shoot with NVGs!), personal instruction from professionals, fascinating classes, delicious food, and live music. There will also be a number of new kid’s activities this year and we highly encourage you to bring the whole family!
