This session will explore everything from core fundamentals to advanced mechanical concepts\, with a strong focus on material from Alan’s specialized Living Mechanics Jiu-Jitsu program. The seminar is open to all practitioners\, regardless of rank or experience level. He holds a fourth-degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Master Pedro Sauer\, a prestigious Full Instructorship under Master Erik Paulson\, and a second-degree black belt in Judo. In addition\, he holds instructor ranks in Filipino Dumog and Silat\, giving him deep experience across both Eastern and Western grappling systems. This diverse background allows him to teach with a highly specialized approach\, blending structure\, leverage\, and adaptability.
