I will be happy to answer your questions and point you in the right direction to get involved. \n\n  \nWhat is the Coach Development Program (CDP)?\nThe Combat Submission Wrestling Coach Development Program is an advanced training camp designed specifically for CSW coaches\, affiliate instructors\, and those preparing to join the CSW instructor network. Led by Coach Erik Paulson and senior members of the CSW faculty\, the CDP is focused on both sharpening technical skill and refining the ability to teach the CSW curriculum effectively. \nOver the course of the camp\, participants work through updated curriculum modules\, drill progressions\, and live training sessions. In addition to learning new techniques\, coaches are given the tools to break down and present material in a way that is clear\, organized\, and effective for students at all levels. \nThe CDP is also a chance for CSW affiliates to stay current with the evolving system\, connect with other coaches from around the world\, and strengthen the overall quality and consistency of instruction across the association. \nFor active CSW affiliates\, the camp is often included as part of their membership\, making it one of the most valuable opportunities in the association for ongoing professional growth. \n\n
